360 Tender works with public government tender data and a small amount of account information. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in India, and your bid data is never used to train a model.
Tender listings, documents and results read from the public GeM portal. This is government information — we organise and index it, we never alter it.
Email, mobile, company name, saved searches, bookmarks and alert preferences. Used to run your workspace and nothing else.
We do not store your GeM login, we do not submit bids for you, and we have no access to your internal systems.
AI is used to summarise public tender documents and draft eligibility notes for your workspace. Your data is not used to train models and is not shared with third parties beyond the AI provider processing that single request.
